GROW

Therapy. Learning. Connecting

“Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.” – Brené Brown

Kirsty Webster – Therapist

I work with you to explore challenging experiences; thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may be getting in the way of living the life you want to lead.

I’m a BACP qualified pluralistic therapist (MBACP) and Mental Health First Aid Instructor (SQA/FAA approved). My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, and I use a wide range of resources to offer my clients a therapeutic experience that matches what they need and feel is useful. I have a wide-ranging teaching background (PGDE), with additional support needs as an area of interest.

I’m genuine, empathic and caring, bringing a range of professional and life experience to my therapeutic work. I am interested in how I may help you as an individual, with respect for your unique life story.

The Roots of GROW

GROW was founded in 2022 by Kirsty as a support service providing wellbeing and educational support and accredited Mental Health First Aid training. It has developed to include 1:1 therapy, as well as developing collaborations within the community.

GROW summed up Kirsty’s understanding of life personally and professionally – holding the deep belief that people have an inspiring capacity to not only survive but thrive in the face of challenging times. She deeply believes in empowering her clients to develop and connect with their own resources to move forward in life.
